Possible reasons?: Has anything new happened in your life in the last couple of months causing increased anxiety or worry? Are you drinking more caffeinated drinks before bedtime? Try to limit factors that may be causing to wake earlier- remove cell phone from room, don't drink caffeinated drinks, don't watch tv in the room. Your bed should be only for sleep and talk to your doctor about anxiety issues if needed.
