Allergic rhinitis: It is a form of allergy that involves the nasal passages and it can be triggered by inhaled allergens. Symptoms are congestion, runny nose and sneezing and it can be associated with watery eyes. It is treated by avoiding the triggers in addition to medication like antihistamine, nasal steroids or/& other anti allergy meds like antileukotriense. You will need evaluation to confirm the diagnosis.
