Hey, i have a rash like patch of red dots on my upper outer thigh. it's smooth and itches nonstop, it's purple-ish but is mostly red, what could that ?

Could be anything: This could be a simple fungal infection, dermatitis or something serious such as a melanoma. See your doctor for a proper skin examination / dermoscopy to get a definite diagnosis. It is difficult to tell what it is without having a good look at the spots

Eczema?: Possible eczema which can give this picture.Another possibility is fungal infection called tine.
