R/o simple to major: Simple hemorrhoids with significant bleeding , bleeding from intestinal polyp , diverticular bleed , are few causes. Inflammatory bowel disease comes with diarrhea and blood, not just blood most of the times. Nausea and burning sensation in the abdomen could be from the inflammation in the small/large intestine,or may be unrelated to the bleeding per rectum. GI consult will help definitely
