Reflux: Sometimes it is a symptom of reflux but most often it is compulsive eating disorder. Anxiety makes people eat, smoke, drink, self medicate and all sorts of unhealthy habits. Get help so you can figure out how to substitute this unhealthy obsession. Listen to music, exercise and divert your attention out of the kitchen and out of the house. Speak with your doctor about antidepressants.
