Burning sensation: Your symptoms may be due to hyperacidity causing inflammation of the esophagus and stomach lining. Avoid spicy and greasy foods, eat a soft bland diet, avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen and naproxen. Take famotidine or omeprazole for several days. Drink flat ginger ale to relieve nausea. See your MD if not improving or if you see black BM's.

Chest burning : Besides testing for COVID 19 would consider evaluation for reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria or esinophilic esophagitis . Famotidine/ omeprazole can help for reflux H pylori needs antibiotics. Would check gallbladder as well. At age 24 unlikely to be cardiac-rarely may be pericarditis- but an EKG can show a number of conditions /echo would complete the cardiac evaluation. F/u/ w/ MD
