Autophobia: i believe you are dealing w/the fear of being alone. This can be from abandonment issues, not feeling you are good company for yourself, or seeing being alone as being equal to lonliness (when it can be re-framed into solitude, which can be life-giving). This is an expression of anxiety and a good therapist can be very helpful. Please consider that or even a Health Tap therapist. Peace&health.
