Always had trouble gaining weight..i'm 32 and weigh 143...trying to at least get to 165 before the summer...help?

Why?: Your weight is fine. Trying to gain weight is not a good idea. What do you aim to get by increasing your weight to 165? You did not provide your height to get an idea of your adiposity. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
