Yes: Your body mass index (~23) places you in the upper end of the normal weight range for age/height.Another 6 lb and you begin to hit the overweight mark unless you are growing taller. You would expect your moobs to become fuller if you slouch.The tissue in front of your ribs has to bunch up some when you slouch & that is expected.
