Not healthy drop: It is amendable that you want to pursue a better lifestyle. In regards to your question about losing approximately 50 lbs in about 2 months. That would not be healthy, or perhaps possible. It takes many years to get to 206 and it usually takes time to safely get to 155. I would suggest you start by speaking with both your doctor and a nutritionist to develop a concerted plan towards healthy living
