Infection: Two strategies. You can switch to Amoxicillin, but it may not be effective or at least probably not as effective as Cipro for UTI. Another stradegy is to not take anything. A simple UTI may respond to what you have already taken. If the nausea is from pill should settle down, if not you probably need to be seen either way. Have you tried taking medicine with food?
