UTI: You could get some upset stomach from the medicines given. Some patients get nausea from the UTI itself. Take the meds with food and you could try something to settle your stomach from the store for today but call your doctor if the stomach problem continues another day or so.

Side-effect: Nausea ia a fairly common side-effect with cipro, (ciprofloxacin) may be severe enough to require change of antibiotic. Phenazopyridine sometimes causes stomach upset more than nausea. So could be from either or both. Suggest you discuss with your dr. Good luck.
