Related to her cutis: Probably not. She needs to see her ENT to take a look in her nasal cavities and see if a superficial blood vessel needs to be cauterized.

Pregnancy nose bleed: Nose bleeds are common, and even more common during pregnancy. They can be worse if the air is dry (use a humidifier), and brought on by heavy nose blowing (be gentle) or by manipulation (don't pick), or by high blood pressure (which her doctor should be checking anyway). If there is a spot in the nose causing repeated bleeding, the doctor can cauterize it to prevent more bleeding.
