See a doctor : Can be at risk for infection plus can be a tetanus prone wound so make sure with your doctor you are up to date with your vaccinations. They can also look at the wound to see if infected and how deep it is

Cat scratch: Check immunisation status with doctor ,depending on that might need booster of tetanus. Watch the wound for any signs of infection like increase in pain, redness, swelling or any discharge and see doctor if these signs arise.
