New development?: If this is a change for you, and the contour of your breast didn't used to be like this, then it is absolutely a cause for concern, and you should go see a breast specialist. Part of the breast self exam is "inspection". We always like for women to look in the mirror standing and bending in different positions to see if there are any changes in their breast contour.
