Left nipple-areola area is itchy. not pregnant or breastfeeding. when i scratched it i noticed a very tiny white ball come out of montgomery gland. not red, not bleeding, not scaly or painful. is this cancer?

doesn't seem like any cancer, but probably small milial cyst, harmless. however, should your problem worsen or continue, see your dermatologist of gyn for confirmation.
