See below: Clean the wound very, very well and after that, breast feeding is possible but may be more painful. I would try the other side and see how that goes. Watch for signs of infection over the next few days and if so, see your doc.

Cat scratch: Wash the wound with soap and water and apply an antibiotic ointment to the scratch after each feeding. If the would gets red and hot or pussy consult your doctor immediately.
