Had 23 teaspoons of sugar today roughly, i'm not diabetic but can that much sugar cause heart to flutter upon standing up after lying down for hour?

Unhealthy: That is a lot of sugar to take in a day, Try cutting it down as it is generally unhealthy anyway. Sugar can increase your metabolism so a high content can increase your heart rate. If the fluttering continues for a while, there may be another cause and you need to go to your nearest ER to get an ECG (heart tracing) done

23 teaspoons: 23 teaspoons of sugar per day is a potential serious of blood sugar. Please don;t do that!!! Does your mother know how much sugar you a taking every day? You and mother might not like this but you must see a specialist for a young woman as soon as you can! Michael Kleerekoper
