See your doctor: A blood glucose of only 120 is probably not directly causually related to edema (feet swelling) but you may have other serious problems such as kidney disease or congestive heart failure. See a physician.

Talk to cardiologist: Having a blood sugar of 120 should not cause swelling, however, when your blood sugars are high, you may urinate more, so in a way, it's like taking a water pill. Also there are some diabetes meds that cause swelling, but that is regardless of what your sugars are. Talk to your doctors.
