Is : Is it just your hands or your whole body? Is it at rest or when initiationg an action? These are very important questions. On the other hand a common cause for weakness is anemia. You definitely need to see your doctor for a detailed history of this problem, examination, and testing.

See your doctor: I do not know your age, body habitus or any other risk factor associated with cardiovascular disease. Many conditions can cause shakiness/tremor. Hyperthyroidism, cerebrovascular dz, electrolyte imbalance, parkinson's , essential tremors, medications. Consult your physician.
