Have it examined: It is probably an infection...so you may need antibiotics. For this you need to go see your GP for a medical check up. Until you get to the doctor, you can take paracetamol 1 or 2 tablets at a time, may repeat at 6 hourly intervals. Most throat ulcers heal in 4-5 days....when they do not heal, you need a medical examination.
