Yes: There are many causes of ulcers including certain spicey foods and medications. There are also infectious organisms that can cause oral ulcers. It might be best to avoid alcohol, spicey foods, and NSAID's for a bit. Other causes of ulcers of the Gi tract include citric acid that can be found in candies and fruits.
