I always get ulcers in my mouth, i use sm-33 but it doesn't work. they seem to go for about 2 weeks but then come back. it's really painful?

Difficult to treat..: Mouth ulcers, also called apthous stomatitis for the most part are poorly understood. There are some systemic illnesses that have these as characteristic features (behcet's, crohns, lupus, and others). Sm-33 is one product made by Bayer (aspirin) for relief of these often painful lesions. I suggest to patients to use a warm salty rinse multiple times daily and consider if increased life stress plays a role.

Sm-33: sm-33 is an analgesic, a pain killer. It does not get to the root of your problem, the cause of the "ulcers," only masks the symptoms. Please see your Dentist to examine the ulcers and to prescribe the best course of treatment.
