Yes; caution: yes but I would only use if needed and eat with it. also drink plenty of fluids . watch for stomach upset. why are you taking it?

Depends: Are you treating an acute injury - then you can wait. Are you treating pain that is severe but of unknown origin? You might then need an ER visit. You can take ibuprofen at these doses for two weeks but be mindful of the tendency of this to create stomach ulceration. You might add something like omeprazole to protect against this.
