I have few calculi in upper and mild calyx largest measuring 5mm at right kidney. calculus measuring 4mm in left kidney. along with left minimal hydroureteronephrosis with dilated entire left uretre.

See urologist: Your calculi seem not large enough for lithotripsy. These may pass on their own. The passage may be facilitated by placing a stent. It would be prudent to consult a urologist for proper treatment. Left untreated, even stones, this small, can damage the kidney. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless.
