Probably: It probably will pass.Make sure you strain your urine so the stone can be analyzed.Are you on tamsulosin,which relaxes the ureter and helps the sone to pass?If the pain is not controlled by meds or if it does not pass in a couple of weeks then endoscopic extraction of the stone would be a reasonable option.I hope you pass it soon.Good luck.

Ouch: It may pass and if so the hydro will also pass. Need to fnd any preventable cause. Calcium, uric acid, gout, hyper parathyroid etc. Any previous? Family history? Your pcp and urologist will,work with you and hopefully clear this one and prevent future ones.
