Dr. referring me to an endo. because my tpo antibody test came back 26 rather than <21 is this indicating something? have thyroid symptoms too.

Need full panel.: The presence of these antibodies does not obligate you to have a problem with your thyroid, now or even in the future. But you do need a full set of thyroid blood tests if you are symptomatic. This would be TSH, total T4, free T4, total T3 and T3 uptake. Perhaps a thyroid ultrasound and scan.
