Adverse Effect: Sertraline,(zoloft) is given once daily at 50 mg for PMDD just after ovulation (leuteal phase) only during menstration . Insomnia is one of the more common side effects, however it may also cause fatigue and drowsiness along with Nausea, diarrhea and headache. If you start having thoughts of hurting yourself or others contact your Primary care doc or head to the Urgent care right away.
