I was put on sertraline 50mg for pmdd 2 years ago and i'm ready to discontinue. no longer irritable...smile. how do i safely taper dose to dc?

Good idea: That's a nice low dose - try half for 2-3 weeks then another reduction for 2-3 weeks more. If you feel good, a month in all should do it!

Go to 25 mg dose: for few weeks, then stop.
