Heartrate: Typically 108 can be considered high if you are clearly in a resting state. Highly recommend you take your pulse upon waking up in the AM and start there and give that info to your doctor. For those really concerned and willing to use it, the fitbit charge HR or similar activity tracker can be an excellent source of feedback and will give you a daily reading of your resting heart rate.
