Checking heart rate always. i take atenolol. it's always in normal range. i freak out if it reaches 80bpm. what should i do. this anxiety is terrible?

See your doctor : In your case, I would reduce the frequency with which you are checking your heart rate. The normal heart rate is a range and depends on your activity level. Stop dwelling on your heart rate and start living your life. You are young and need to be enjoying your activities! You may need to see a therapist to help you with this. Talk to your doctor about your options.
