Metabolic issue: you could have a metabolic bone disease- this is not normal- see your PCP first then a specialist

Fragile bones: The goal is bone preservation and the sooner you diagnose this and manage it, the more likely you will have good bones when older. Bones are not easy to fix after years of bone loss. You would need a bone density study for starters. Contact your PCP. There are great treatments nowadays if there is something pathological going on.

Be evaluated: Certainly would be important to be fully diagnosed. A bone density test will reveal the density of your bone. If it is abnormal, consideration for osteoporosis or osteomalacia would be entertained, and then the underlying cause should be aggressively sought. Don't leave it go without a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
