Hypertension at 24 years old is likely secondary hypertension so we need more info about what the imaging tests have been done for work-up. If you do not have a CT scan of the abdomen with IV contrast, it should be done if there is no contraindication. By the way, your pain has been present for how long, 6 weeks or 6 months.

Even with normal lab testing and no evidence of visible gallstones, the gallbladder can still be a cause of pain. I would also consider the possibility of a kidney infection or kidney stones. If you continue to have symptoms, you should return to your primary care doctor for further testing. Good luck.
