He smokes cigarettes&weed(with bong)... sometimes coughs up tar. but today randomly after doin weed he lid in bed & spit up tar, mucus, &blood? help!!

He needs help.: He really needs help, both medically and with his habits/addictions. Right now, he should visit an emergency room as it sounds like something serious may be going on with the lungs and/or upper airway.
