I had a hysterectomy 24 years ago, and had my first pap in 18 years, the results were: benign squamous mucosa with endosalpingiosis?

Talk to your MD: You need to talk to your GYN MD about the pap smear results. The benign squamous mucosa is consistent with the upper vaginal wall. The Endosalpingiosis suggests a portion of a Fallopian tube is "trapped" in the vaginal cuff and may produce future vaginal bleeding.
