MS can take a while: To diagnose. It is a clinical diagnosis. Your doctor does not clinically feel you have ms yet but over time as symptoms change and findings on tests change they might change their mind. It takes time.

Consider psych eval : One can't know from this description. If you your regular physician and a neurologist say everything is within normal limits, you should consider it is related to some underlying psychological concerns. Why not have a consultation with a psychiatrist? You can always be physically reevaluated at a later date if symptoms persist or get worst.
