No, but not safe.: Stopping Klonopin suddenly can cause withdrawal such as increased anxiety, rapid heart rate, sweating, tremors, and in serious cases seizures. You may have rebound muscle tension since it is a muscle relaxant, but it wouldn't cause fibromyalgia. I would not stop it cold turkey b/c it can be dangerous.
