Can taking adderall if you dont have adhd mixed with klonopin for 2 years cause irreversible brain damage? this is what i did and stopped adderall cold turkey. ive never been the same again and have terrible neuro symptoms. nothing shows in tests?

There is no drug interactions between adderall and clonazepam, however clonazepam can impair explicit memory and cause anterograde amnesia (cannot remember events after taking the drug). It is a sedative and can cause transient ataxia (movement issues), and psychomotor impairment. Its effects are similar to alcohol use, including symptoms of withdrawal.

Not clear why you were taking these drugs, and it is correct that each have potential side effects. The combination of a stimulant and a sedative/ tranquilizer will not cause permanent "brain damage".
