Temporary Dressing: Good day; Temporary endodontic dressings are not taste sensitive. Most likely some of the temporary sealant came out of the tooth and you are tasting chemicals used in root canal treatment. Contact DDS who is treating tooth and replace temporary filling with a non tasting inert material.
