Probably do not have any ear wax due to using Q-tips which leads to chronic atrophic external otitis. Which then leads to itching. Stop Q-tips forever. Ear wax does not need cleaning under most circumstances. It keeps ear canals healthy. Applying a small amount of 1% cortisone cream to to very outer part of the ear canal may help. Use pH balanced shampoos. Cover ears from sprays
