Get it checked: Deep penetrating injuries can affect your tendon and nerves. If it was a dirty dart, and your last tetanus booster was more than 5 years ago, you will need a tetanus booster injection. If the wound is dirty it needs a proper washout so that it does not get infected. Vit your nearest Urgent care clinic for treatment
