Recently i cut my thumb with a razor blade and it went pretty deep. now i'm having these pains in my hand and thumb. could i have damaged the nerves?

Possibly: You should see a doctor now. If it is that deep it probably needs stitches and could get infection. If you damaged any of the tendons those would need to be repaired as well. You need to see a doctor now though as hand wound should be closed as soon as possible.

Yes: you might have caused it yet due to nerve damage. I would see a neurologist. This should and can improve over time.
