Why does the soap on my arms and hands fully disappear - they are dry and leave on for about 5 minutes and when rinse no soap comes off. has it been absorbed. also can soap get absorbed through deep cuts?

Your question is not intelligible. Do you have any symptoms from using soap? Soap does not get absorbed through the skin, even if there are cuts. Even there are any lesions it would be prudent to see a doctor for evaluation. Wish you good health!
