Call your surgeon: You need to call your surgeon's office right away and explain what you are experiencing. You may be able to send a picture message to the clinic email so they may see your wound.

Get seen ASAP: This sounds like it could be a dangerous wound infection. Return RIGHT NOW to the doctor or hospital where the surgery was done. It may not be so serious, but don't take the chance. Don't worry about the money part -- if this is a complication of the surgery already done, it will be cared for regardless of ability to pay. Good luck!
