Health clinic: You need to go to the hospital for antibiotics and suggestions to a health center or clinic for de natal treatment. If you are near a dental school they can provide affordable quality care. I am not familiar with Canadian health care system but there should be options for emergency care. Call your city or provincial dental society for drs or places who could help you.

Very little: Unbearable tooth pain can only be treated to a very small extent with painkillers... the tooth needs extraction. You'll have to borrow from a friend, family member, or a healthcare credit company to finance your care if you do not have the funds to immediately pay for your treatment. Left unattended, the infection can become life threatening. All the best...
