H2 - PPI Risk: First of all, I'm not certain why you would be on BOTH lansoprazole and ranitidine. This is a therapeutic duplication Regarding your question, both drugs are rated Class B, meaning that no birth defects have been reported while taken during pregnancy. However, this does not rule out that ANY drug use during a pregnancy should be limited to only what is absolutely necessary.
