I take lansoprazole morning and ranitidine at night for acid reflux; ok to be on both?

Yes : Ppis are good at suppressing meal-stimulated acid secretion. H2-blockers are good at decreasing basal (background) acid secretion. Thus morning ppi and night time h2-blocker can be a good strategy. But long term acid suppression not healthy...
