I'm 34wks pregnant. is it ok to take halls cough drops? it's been about two weeks and i've been taking zantac (ranitidine) for a week so it's not r/t my heartburn.

IMHO, Yes: Halls cough drops should be perfectly safe in pregnancy, unless you had some unusual sensitivity to one of the ingredients. If you took them before you were pregnant, they should be fine now.
