Sleep aid = band-aid: Zoloft is known to occasionally cause this problem, particularly early on in treatment. I wouldn't provide you with advice, aside from directing you to your doctor: discuss the current dose, time of dosing or potentially dividing the dosing with your doctor. The potential of a switch to a less activating antidepressant could also take place with your doctor. Sleep aid is a band aid.
