Otc sleep aids that can mesh with zoloft (sertraline)?

Dr. R Sangal answered

Not a problem: Over the counter sleeping pills (usually containing Diphenhydramine or benadryl) should not be used regularly as they cause daytime sleepiness, decreased attention and memory, and tolerance develops. However, there is no specific problem in taking them with sertraline (zoloft).
